{3.31.12}

 A friend returned the exersaucer we'd loaned her,
and Zion decided that it was her new favorite toy again.
 My brother-in-law "T" came in for a visit,
we headed to Dallas BBQ for Dinner.
 On a beautiful day, we headed to meet the Hubs for lunch at Bryant Park,
and Zion rode the carousel.
I made perfect pan-grilled sirloin steaks with sautéed shrooms.
We had lots of yummy treats!

The Wrap {3.24.12}

 The weather has been beautiful! We explored new playgrounds.
 Been grilling more and more!
 Zion has entered the climbing/daredevil phase.
 Still getting the hang of painting…lets just say black is her favorite color.
 Headed to Ikea to start fantasizing about some upcoming purchases:
1.  Love this area rug (we have red couches)--but hubs hates it
2.  New bed frame (first purchase to be made)
3.  Outdoor furniture set…hoping to have many a gathering this summer
4.  Kitchen countertop table…need more space there
5.  New desk set-up
6.  Dining room table that seats up to 8
7.  Bookshelves
8.  A little desk/table for Zion
 Zion loves car-rides so much!  :)  Hanging with Ms Sasha!
The blossoms are out and they are just stunning!
 First time playing in the sand for Zion…she was mesmerized.
Hubs got off work early so we hit up a local pizzeria we've been wanting to try.  Didn't disappoint!

The Weekly Wrap {3.17.12}

 I met up with some lady friends that I haven't seen in way too long.
We went to Shecky's Girl's Night Out and had Asian fusion for dinner.
(This was my first and definitely last Shecky's experience might I add).
 Hubs & Zion took pictures and sent them to me while they stayed home.
 Now that the weather is warming up, doing a lot more grilling...
 …and unfortunately we had some unwelcome house guests come out of their winter hibernation...
 …at least we've been getting to the park often!  Central park…here we come!
 Took Zion to Target & Marshall's for a little mommy-daughter shopping.  Pizza for lunch at Target!
 Picked out a cute new outfit for Zion complete with jeggings, and investigated carseat and outdoor furniture prices.
Zion picked up a little cold at the end of the week, so lots of relaxing and cuddling are in order.

Happy St. Pat's to you all! Hope you had a great week and have a safe holiday!

The Weekly Wrap {3.3.12}

Our first week back in NYC, and I needed a break from my camera (for the most part).  Here are a couple fun things from the week:

 Zion got used to going outside often in Texas, so we will be getting to the park as often as we can.
 One of my besties, Alexis, celebrated her birthday at a fantastic sushi restaurant.
Zion got to paint with watercolors for the first time.
She decided it was a good idea to taste the paint too.

The Weekly Wrap {2.25.12}

Our final adventures in Texas before heading back to the crazy city life in NYC.  Most of these are just the day-to-day activities and fun with three toddlers.

 Then I did my first ever newborn photo shoot for my new baby niece Sofia.
Not bad for a first try right?  (I have more, but I'm sure I'll get in big trouble if I post them before the announcements come out.)

The Weekly Wrap {2.18.12}

Better late than never, right?! I've been trying to make the time to get my photo editing done from my trip in Texas, but it has been way more important to adjust back to our NYC routine.  Without any further delay, the first in a couple of posts highlighting our last few weeks.

 We went to a pirate themed birthday party!
 My mom came down for my baby niece's arrival (and to see all her grand-babies).
 We enjoyed the beautiful Texas weather, played outside and had sweet treats!
And there were plenty of baby snuggles too!

A little later I will share the final week of our adventures in Texas!  :)
